Terms

A short agreement for the first IssueProbe release.

These terms describe the product scope, owner authority, review duties, repository access, and hosted subscription controls.

1. Product scope

IssueProbe accepts website problems and suggestions through an installed widget. It prepares source-backed evidence, a conclusion, unknown facts, a recommended action, and a draft response for owner review.

IssueProbe is not a help desk. It does not provide visitor email intake, automatic visitor replies, automatic code changes, or automatic releases.

2. Website authority

You must have authority to register each website, origin, and source repository. You must approve each agent enrollment and repository deploy key that you use.

3. Repository access

Grant the website-specific public deploy key read-only access only. Do not submit a password, personal access key, private key, or broad repository credential.

4. Visitor notice and evidence

You are responsible for an accurate website privacy notice and lawful use of the widget. Do not ask visitors to submit credentials, payment values, private customer records, or other unnecessary sensitive data.

5. Human review

IssueProbe can return a likely, possible, or unknown conclusion. You must review each result, draft response, and recommended production action before external use.

6. Plans and billing

Free has the limits on the pricing page. Pro costs US$49 each month and uses Stripe-hosted Checkout and subscription management. Checkout return alone does not grant Pro.

7. Availability and changes

The first release can change as product limits and safety controls improve. IssueProbe does not promise that every report will identify a cause or lead to a product change.

8. Account security

Protect account links and API credentials. Revoke an agent credential when its work ends or when you suspect misuse.
